Who are we? 

GODSquatchin.com is a faith-based Sasquatch themed apparel company. Founded by Darrell and Ashley Banks. We believe faith should be lived boldly, worn proudly, and shared unapologetically.

 

Our Mission: 

The Scripture that embodies our mission is also found in our logo, Mark 1:3. The scripture tells us, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.’” 

Mark chapter 1 sets the scene for John the Baptist. His role in Scripture was to prepare the way for Jesus to start His ministry here on Earth. Just as John the Baptist was sent to prepare people for the coming of Christ, we as modern day Christians have that same charge. In ‭‭Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬-‭16‬, Jesus Himself gave us the great commission, “And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.’” This is the mission we are striving to fulfill, sharing the gospel one shirt, hoodie, or hat at a time.

 

Why use the Sasquatch? 

While our mission is deeply serious, we believe sharing the Gospel doesn’t always have to look stiff or traditional. If you are curious why we chose to use the legend of the Sasquatch to help accomplish this mission for Christ, you only need to meet our cofounder and CEO Darrell Banks. He is a 6’6”, 400 lbs bearded man with a size 16 shoe. In summary, he is a huge hairy dude that loves to share his love of Christ to anyone that will listen. His wife and cofounder, Ashley Banks, has been quoted saying, “Have you seen my husband? How does Sasquatch not come to mind?  I just makes sense.”

 

Our Goal: 

The goal of our company is to provide you with unique designs that spark conversation and open the door for you to share your faith. Whether you’re in the woods, the gym, the jobsite, or everyday life, we hope GODSquatchin helps you wear your faith boldly and start conversations that point people to Jesus.
